Boier Advisors, consisting of group of companies, is established 2007. We provide independent M&A and strategic advisory services for private and public companies, their owners and private equity firms. We focus on technology companies and the assignments are typically cross-border projects where we utilize our international network of partners.

Our partners and staff have extensive experience in M&A, financing transactions and strategy work of technology companies. We also have hands-on experience in operational senior management of international companies and working in the board of directors.

We advise our clients in strategy planning, execution of M&A transactions as well as in post-transaction integration phase. The client relationship and the execution of the assignment will always be managed by our senior partner who will personally follow through the project from planning to execution.
